Jimi, have you tried introducing small amounts of red meat? I am an "O" blood type and have been advised that I should be eating some red meat as my body is able to digest it better than others. Mentioned above - I eat next to no fruit as it contains too much sugar so BB will be stimulated...

Hi Aydinmur Firstly, I have read many of your posts and would like to thank you for your input. Just briefly I have suffered from BB since the onset of puberty. As it has for many people on this web site it is a condition which has ruined my life however one that I am continually trying to combat an...

Hello I am a 32 year old male who has a new theory that if my hormones are out of balance then this may be the problem for causing BB. While I don't suffer from many of the symtoms listed I still believe an imbalance maybe causing problems. I will be having a testosterone test tomorrow along with an...

Hi Ahmad I appreciate your post, maybe it is a key to the solution. I intend to see my doctor and experiment with modafnil and then cross it off the list if there is no improvement. If a drug was able to cure my BB, even if I knew it had side effects, I would take it in a second to experience a norm...

Hi ya I am 32 years old and had surgery to correct my deviated septum 5 years ago which didn't help my BB whatsoever. Like you, I was desparate and have spent thousands on useless BB hopeful procedures. I still suffer severly from BB however I have had a big improvement by eating an extremely health...

Hi Guzler
I cut cows milk out of my diet about 2 years. I believe there may have been an improvement in the breath so I kept it up.
I suplemented it with rice & goats milk.
No, my skin generally looks quite healthy.

Hi all I know exactly how you feel CG. What did we ever do to deserve this? As you are aware, there is no real cure for selective Iga deficiency. What my nutritional doctor has perscribed me are high potency compounded amounts of Vit A, zinc and glutamine along with trying different varieties of pro...

Through my continual hope of finding a cure, through a saliva test I was found to have low levels of Secretory SIgA levels. "SIgA key function is to bind invading organisms and toxins and entrap them in the mucus layer and neutralising their toxins and then eliminating them from the body" ...

For the last 4 weeks I have started taking odourless ish oil tablets and also have begun doing 2 days a week of meditation at a budhist temple.
