I was watching dan the man all last night! One great motivation is going to be the weight loss you get from raw eating as well.

Once I was pressing my nose really hard to try to smell my own breath. And I noticed that i had a weird smell in my nose too! weird!

I just read this entire thread.....Im in the transition stage right now. Pretty much preparing my head to get ready to do this for the rest of the summer. I will give this at least 2 months a try! Fingers crossed.....I love salads....I love olive oil too. I think i can do this because i have a farme...

Has anyone every tried doing a long span of taking sinus medictions to try to dry up sinuses?
Possibly to see what happens?
Nasal sprays or anything?

I notice that around my eyes hurt sometimes as well as under my eyes.

how bad is your acid reflux? What other symptoms do you have?

At first I used the prevacid from walmart at first....but I had to take those daily.
and a alka setzer at bed time.

Now that Im on the nexium....zero heartburn complety gone.
