Want to go and see an ENT and GI specialist to rule things out one by one. Can someone recommend me a good doctor who may be familiar with Halitosis.

Definitely get them done.

Its the best thing I have done and reduced my BB significantly. It never cured it because I later found I had an impacted wisdom tooth which is similar to the tonsil in that the flappy gum would house lots of smelly bacteria which produced white slimey stuff that stank.
