Does the smell that comes out of your nose smell like fecal?
I would highly suggest you do a blood test for kidney damage/failure.

Worst case is to replace your kidney.

Anyone know of any correlation between deviated septums and BB? The bone in the nose is crooked which prevents mucus flowing out normally, results in it being trapped in the sinuses. I am in anticipation of your CT results. It's really weird how people have nasal odor by breathing through their nose. I wonder what could be the cause of it all.
