Hey! I always have this doubt ven ppl say milk makes the breath worse..
Is it the milk or the added sugar?
In my case its definitely the added sugars in d milk that worsens.. i take milk with our sugars, n im good!

Only if your PND is caused by the deviated septum, it would help.. BTW a majority in the world would have a deviated septum. If your septum is soo badly crooked that it obstructs a normal flow.. But you need to look into other areas in the sinuses aswell.. May b there are any incomplete other septa ...

To me it is :
Brush in d mng n nite
Nasal irrigate in d mng
Oil pulling with cold pressed coconut oil in d mng

BTW do u know whats inside the ethmoid?
Would u be able to name it? a fungal ball?
Bcoz i see something in my sphenoid and one of the posterior ethmoid.
N even my septum is way too distorted that it almost reduced the size of the right turbinates.

have'nt tried hydrogen peroxide.
But yeah, sinus irrigation helps the most. I am not doing it daily yet
Also the cold pressed coconut oil pulling after nasal irrigation
Both together gives a great relief to me. Feels a lot fresher.

what updates do u hold on the sinuplasty?
is it just enlarging the drains by performing balloon sinuplasty? or did they remove any junk from the sinuses aswell

And can i take ur symptoms as PND and indigetion,, and lots of hunger? Anything else?

Thats interesting to know that a dcotor recommnded immunoterapy for PND. I always thought its for cancers!
So it should be evident that your PND was so bad!
Can you throw some more light on immunoteraphy plz. Is that recommended for people with mild PND?

Hello! So u mean since jan 2018 u face nasal BB aswell? i believe Nasal BB can happen only with issues in Respiratory system! They may be all healthy, with no physical pain , but there is a possibility of some candida, allergies or fungus some where in ur sinuses or in any of the bronchial tubes or ...
