I do not cure halitosis. I only diagnose its origin(s) and reason(s)

Freshope, Thanks for the question but I can not know case specific situations.

Bismut salts easy catch sulfur family gases in the mouth or gut.
Metronidazole (Flagyl) inhibits anaerobic bacteria that can produce sulfur family gases
Dont advise to use both more than ~1 week or so.

A lot of people with halitosis, suffer from tonsil stones or tonsil infections. Interestingly I see most people did not heal their halitosis after tonsillectomy.
