I got a free sample of the neti pot and I think it actually helps me. I just don't have any more of the solution packets. Is there something I can substitute them for?

Oh & maybe I should mention that I have only ever tried the neti pot w/ a sample packet I got in the mail. Which is why I need to figure out where to buy the refills.

I feel that PND may just be my problem. When I scrape the back of my tongue it makes me cough up tons of mucous - gross. So anyways I got a neti pot but where do I get the aerobic oxygen drops? Or for the matter where do I get the original solution for the neti pot? I have none left. Thanks guys :)

Original poster - may I ask what type of BB you had? My story is crazy similar to yours. I don't know the age (I am guessing around 10) but I was also put on antibiotics. I didn't put 2 and 2 together until I found this forum, but I think this may have started my BB. I am now 30 like you and PRAYING...

Congrats!!! YAY I can't wait until the day I can say my BB is gone! Anyhow can you share the brand you used for the multi-strain probiotic? I may try the same. I am taking regular probiotics that you swallow, but great idea to do chewables.

For those of you taking coconut oil, can you please answer a few questions for me? I just bought some and would like to start using it.

How much do you take and how often?
Do you swallow it or just swish it in your mouth?
Do you see any improvements?

This is very interesting. I want to believe my BB is something as simple as lactose intolerance, but I have NO other signs I might try a product such as lactaid (helps break down lactose for lactose intolerance people) for a week and see if there are any changes.

Does anyone happen to know what type of bad breath you get from lactose intolerance? I have fecal breath and wonder if it could be related? I have NO other signs of lactose interolerance.

Also has anyone here every cured their bad breath by eliminating dairy? I might have to give it a try.
