I have been taking high doses of vit C for 5 days now and although there may have been a slight improvement in my BB it is definatlely no cure.

I have decided to try some new Inner Health probiotic vitamin tablets.
Apparantly each tablet holds equivalent of about 20 times the amount good bacteria as in one serving of yogurt.
