Phantasist, basically I agree with u. The overgrowth of anaerobic bacteria is the result of another problem. And in most cases it is very hard (or impossible) to find it out. same for me, in fact when I`m fasting (not eating proteins) my bb diminishes, but we shouldn`t be fooling ourselves - we shall not be cured until we can do everything and not get bb (I still hope this is possible)

You can`t say you`re cured if you have cut some foods from your diet. You`ll only be cured if you can eat or drink anything without having bb

maybe Xylitol is good for the people without halitosis, since it reduces dental plaque, for me - it made my mouth dryer and bb worse

I think it is not necessary to swallow it, if one is to try Xylitol, it can be used as a mouthwash when dissolved in water
