@Brightonguy, I've never personally known anyone else with tonsil stones. Its just my guess that tonsil stones are a product of high levels of VSCs and tongue plaque etc. Sorry if this sounds insulting, but if you are not even certain whether you have BB or not now, how do you know whether you had ...

..... and your tonsils can stink and produce stones without you having a BB problem too. I used to get stones all the time as a kid and intermittently throughout my twenties without ever having a BB problem. In the 11 months since I've had my BB problem, never once have I had any tonsil stones.

Thanks for your message. Nasal odour is a relatively new concern for me, it seems to have crept up on me over the last few months. What would you recommend in terms of irrigation? I occassionally use salt water, I'm not sure how effective it is.

As I've written here before, my own personal experience with HP left me pretty sure that it exacerbated my BB. On a number of occasions after talking to people about an hour after having used HP the fact that I smelt badly (and worse than usual) was unmistakeable.
