Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

Yeah, so I'm in Seattle right now, staying with my aunt and other relatives that haven't seen me in a year. I wonder if they can smell me or not. It's hard to even make out my own scent with this damn cold. Anyway, when you go to other people's houses, do you guys look through their medicine cabinet...

Meh, I don't think I'll be wasting any money on sugar free vitamins. I doubt they'll make a huge difference. I wish I could just try samples instead of having to buy everything.

By the way, I was reading some old posts when John used Germ X for a while. Is he still using it? What is up with that?

I feel like all the bacteria gets stronger and stronger everytime I try to control it, but if I just let it be, it'll stay the same and not get any worse.

Oh dang, that's exactly how I feel right now. My throat feels a little sore, but I think it's because someone at my work was sick and i'm probably getting sick too, but I dunno.

I was wondering though, do people react only when you're talking up close to them for more than a minute or when you only say just a few words?

These vit c things don't work. They just make my mouth salivate, and that's about it. But at least I'm getting nutrients from it instead of sucking on cough drops and other hard candies lol.

I used to be in choir in high school and would worry constantly when we were performing or rehearsing, but no one seemed to comment that they smelled anything. Then again, they could've been really polite, gotten used to it, etc.

Omg, how stupid am I. I just went down to the kitchen and realized my fam. bought a 500 mg bottle of vitamin C that they've been taking. I'm not sure if it's the same one though that you guys are talking about. Is it the Nature Made one?

I was wondering, did she say her breath was severe that one could smell it a few meters away? Did it smell fecal?

Yeah, and I've tried Aquafresh, toothpastes, flossing, non alcoholic mouthwashes (smartmouth) tea, gum, mints, tongue scrapers, I drink a bottle of water a day. Haven't tried vitamins yet. It is really sad when your dog has better breath than you do.

8 tablets a day? That's a lot.....How much does a bottle cost?

I dunno. In some cases it probably is. My parents don't have it either. Then again, I probably haven't noticed since I've adapted to any smell they have.

Seriously, BDD and obesity are NOTHING compared to CH, especially when you're young and are supposed to be thinking about other things like careers and a relationship. I'm TIRED of brushing my teeth and flossing and using all those stupid mouthwashes that claim to relieve this curse. I WANT RESULTS!...
