I had a similar experience with Effexor (a thread I started years ago - can't find it). For some reason, my morning breath was noticably less when first starting on the medication. Nothing to do with it's psychiatric effects, but maybe with it's effects on Noradrenaline / Serotonine. My theory back ...

I've also tried lemons in the past, and it certainly "feels" like the BB improves.
Some of us may have low stomach acidity, and we should try to confirm it by getting a 24h pH test done via a gastroenterologist. I've tried in the past but they don't take BB seriously

Just make mouthwash for a week with 875/125 Augmentin (amoxicillin clavulanate 875 mg + 125 mg) and see how your tongue is free of coating, but still have the language halitosis.En not the problem ... If you decide to do the treatment, only you must do after each brushing and rinsing using this ant...

I was lucky because I found that one of my wisdom teeth was causing a stench on my tongue and was probably causing my tonsils to stink too. Once I had the tooth removed the stench was reduced considerably. Did this tooth give any symptoms, ie was there a stench in that area of your mouth when floss...

On days when I have a slight tongue coating, these experimental patches never have any coating.
Hi Sux! It was never clear to me if the area you experimented on also had less of a stench than the area next to it..?

My opinion that is, 6 mM ZnCl2 solution should be given to that person for 1 min rinse. Laser can be a good alternative therapy, If halitosis stops completely even for a little period after ZnCl2 rinse. Otherwise , keep far from laser. Where can a general customer buy ZnCl2 solution..? Thanks in ad...

If you can find a place that can measure your breath with the OralChroma, it can detect the percentage of dimethyl sulfide in your breath. I remember reading somewhere that high dimethyl sulfide would indicate blood-borne halitosis. You can probably find some old posts about it

I'm going back in a week or so after using all this medicine for Gastritis and asking for the colonoscopy and blood tests for H.Pylori, C. Diff. and Crohn's Disease. My Japanese isn't so good, so it's difficult to communicate... I might even just ask for some Antibiotics. They probably already chec...

I know this might sound a little crazy, but the backdraft I get when I'm close to people smells like whatever my shit happens to smell like that day. I've been at work, smelled these fleeting half second whiffs of what seems to be an awful fart, but they never linger like one... Then I'll go home, ...

Hi! I want to buy an Oral Chroma: http://www.abilit-medical-and-environmental.jp/en/medical/product_01.html It's the best, achievable way to get an objective measurement of the level of BB. But it's too pricey to buy on my own, so I would like to split it with 2-3 persons , preferably in Sweden. I'm...

Hi! I've now asked an ENT surgeon for his opinion on this idea. He said this type of tongue surgery is not being done in this country (Sweden) and he doubts no one would try it. Unfortunately it would be very hard to make the tongue surface totally smooth. If you perform surgery (laser or other) on ...
