I just got my order today from Swanson Vitamins. I took one capsule of Jarrow Mastic Gum this evening. I plan to take it from now on in the morning on an empty stomach. I have no idea if I have HP but it's worth a try.

I've tried GSE in the neti pot. It seems to diminish my sense of smell. So it can give the false impression that the bb is better than it is. Colloidal silver in the neti pot seems to work better for me, but I don't know for sure how much it improves the bb.

What about mixing vitamin C powder and baking soda to use in a mouth rinse? That would neutralize the acidity while it delivers the vitamin C. Might be worth a try.

Large doses of vitamin C always make me fatigued with low energy, but I've never tried it as a mouth rinse that can be spit out.

Another option would be to boil tap or filtered water just before filling the neti pot. The only downside is having to wait for the water to cool down to 100 degrees F before using. I would guess it would take about 20 minutes to cool down the amount of water in a neti pot.

I'd buy one if it could be designed to work on the teeth and gums.

Today I had a relapse too. Could smell my breath when I talked. Maybe salt works for awhile then quits or maybe it was the placebo effect. I might go back to GSE.
