Dear Cres, dont come to me if you expect gurantee for curing halitosis. Im dentist, I can not cure every reason of halitosis. Blood gases, paranasal diseases, gastroeusophagial diseases.

My mission is restricted with detection of its origin, if I can. You choose any clinic to cure the problem.

Hallo Dr Murat.

I live in france im suffering this halitosis since of my childhood.
I hve tried many things but did not helped me.

I have visited Dentist he said theeth is ok.
I have had endsclopie and colonscopie the result was ok.
I hve had body scanner.i mean my abdominal the result was.ok.
I have.suffered white tongue but after.i have.been.cured from h. Pylori my tongue became littlz pink.and sometimes.very pink.

I have tonsil stones sometimes the gone the come back they make my breath more worst.
People cough like 14 metres because of my halitosis.
My sinus.are blocked sometimes with full of inflamation and.mucus.
There are sometimes something that i cant swallow or cant get out in my throat.
When i eat i get alot of heart burn and bb comes then my.esophagus or stomach.
My left.stone sometimes smell bad . When it cured then the.right.tonsil starts to smell.
Im have no poor oral.hygiene.
2 ENT refuses to remove my tonsils they said its health and small.
What.do you think please.

This case almost looks like Type 5 (subjective) halitosis.

There are 2 subtypes of Type 5 halitosis: ppsychologic or neurologic. See details:

Im not sure but your case seems psychologic

There is one more possiblity.
You may be actually having undiagnosed objective halitosis. Latter, Type 5 halitosis has been superimposed on the first halitosis, because of objective halitosis has not been treated since long period. I call such cases "Type ?+5 ".

Somepeople.give me.reactions about my odor.
I have very fear to close people i tought my brain to avoide them.
I have.very strong anxiety caused for this halitosis.
My.tongur is pink even.morning.
Every moment iam.thinking about bad breath and people reaction.
These days im.Fasting and i get strong white and yellow mucus .
People.give reaction.if.i swallow or drink something. Iam.famous in.the village as u beleive. If i go to the public and stay there a while the odor and reaction decrease.

Yes, you should visit a psychiatrist.

Fear does not cause bad odor. Perhaps you feel fear of having halitosis. I dont think flyes attack because of your halitosis

Iam wondering that flies attacking me. Even i shower 2 times a day. I brush my tooth manytimes and.use mouth washes. And people still give me reactions.

Give one answer please why some people are cough whenever i have anxiety or hqve fearing about my bb.
When i am.passing.sometimes they touch their heads or see.their shoes rub their noise or finally they cough.
Iam even negative candida. .
Nothing.helps my bb

Hi doctor i went to gastrologist and he did endoscopy and said i have lazy stomach meaning the food takes a long time to digest in my stomach. This explained why i feel bloated all the time. He show me picure of endoscopy and i recognized the food i ate 12 hours earlier.

Is it possible this is the reason i might have bb issues?

I asked you before that when i brush my teeth and use mouthwash and stick my finger in back of mouth and smell it i smell nothing. However if i do the test with finger 30 minutes later the finger smells like feces and i have been told that i have shit breath before.


Do you have any recommandation how i can fix this?

Firstly, As a rule, some bad odor presents in every holes of the body. Axillar, umblical, vaginal, anal, oral, even nasal or alveolar cavities are always odorous. But the odor may not be emitted to environment from these cavities in healthly persons. I recommend , dont smell finger after touch to such cavities.

Secondly, When foods remained in the gut space longer more than necessary time, of course it can couse bad odor in the breath

I strongly disagree. If you spray shit on fields like farmers do, it can be smelled for miles. So how do you know it cant travel so far, just beacue you did not meet a person with such strong bad breath?

I hope Dr Aydimur you are not reacting the same as other bad breath specialist, where they all send you to psychiatrist if their mouthwash does not help.

It is easy these days to measure bad breath with bad breath meters. It would be a crime to accuse somebody being crazy when at teh same time halimeter shows high ammount of sulphur gases.

Reuptake of the seratonin that may leakage out the cells in brain tissue may cause such thinkings. Many people who are sensitive, fragile, delicate, may have such thinkings. Some of them complain from halitosis, somes dont happy with their body (hair, nose, teeth, auricle), somes any other objects or things. They are usualy very polite, single, nearby middle age, well-disposed, attentive and alone people.

There are 3 forms of Type 5 (Psychogenic ) halitosis
1- Anxiety (halitophobia). (They say I have no halitosis but Im not sure)
2- Obsession (they repeat brushing, smelling or rinsing their mouth all the day)
3- Delusional form halitosis. Olfactor ref. syndrom. They refer other people's behaviors.

Pshyciatrists satisfactory cure them with prescribing seratonin reuptake inhibitor drugs for approximately 6 weeks - 2 years. Dose and duration of the therapy depends on the symptoms of the person. I know a lot of person healed.

I just did some research and it turns out high stress and anxiety can make ordinary smell seem like it smells really bad to the person with anxiety. So if you have anxiety you might literally smell that your body or mouth is emitting bad odor when it fact the smell coming from your body/mouth is actually normal to everyone else.

It also said that stress and anxiety does cause bad breath and bo so these two facts would explain why so many members on this forum and on bo forum suffer for years....

I think for many members at one point they had bo and/or bb just like everyone else and once they noticed it they became stressed and anxious when in public setting... so even when the bo/bb went away they were stressed causing them to think they still smell and making them even more stressed. This actually casues them to develop bo bb...so its a never ending cycle...

Fixing this would be simple.... just get on drugs , meditate , and use other means to make your mind think you dont have the problem.

The problem is that there are many other issues that cause bo/bb like kidney, liver, stomach, dental etc etc so what if you are trying to meditate or use drugs to not be anxious about it but you actually do have the problem.

It also doesnt help that most people you ask WILL LIE to you. Heck i have met people with bb and/or bo and even suffering from this condition i didnt have the heart to tell them they stink and even fi they asked me i think i would tell them the truth but it would be extremely hard and only reason i would tell them the truth is because i have sufferd with the condition.

Sorry for long post but i have been thinking about this and it really makes sense why it is so hard to solve this issue.
