No JImi, nothing at all. I'm so delighted though. Still bb free. [-o< [-o< [-o<

One more thing, I recall, that when I was 5-6 years old, I had severe ear infection. I remember tremendous pain in the ear. Than I was treated by the doctors and cured. After I had chronic sinus infection when I was 11-12 years old, I was cured again, but I think, these are the cases, where the problem started . First I've noticed bb, when I was 13-14. Who knows. :-k :-k :-k ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

Hi Cureplzz,

How did you cure your PND? This is my 4th day of doing the oregano nasal flush and bleach mouth wash. However, I still have PND. May I know the exact procedure you did? I really really want to get rid of PND and bad breath. The bleach mouthwash gave my mouth a very sour taste and yellowish colour on my tongue but when I do the lick test, I don't smell anything on my skin. So I was wondering if my reaction was normal? Thank you!

Kindest Regards,
Jam

Dear Jam

As for me, I've serious PND and chroncally was using nasal sprays (Xylometazoline) after sinus rinses with bleach solution, PND and bb are gone forever.

Thanks for your reply!

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I just have two more regarding this.

1. Do you find that the sodium hypochlorite stains your tongue yellow? Oridinarily I do not have much of a coating on my tongue, but since starting this method I have notice my tongue has a yellow tinge to it.

2. How do you measure your BB? I sometimes use the lick test, but other members have said this isn't reliable. I also go off of people's reactions, but other members have also said this is an unreliable way to test. Do you have somebody you can ask for feedback etc?
I ask because I am unsure of how I will know whether the method is effective for me.

Thanks again for sharing with us.

Hello Lifelongsufferer,

I had similar reaction with the bleach mouth wash. I also have a yellow tinge on my tongue and a very sour taste after the bleach mouth wash. What's the update now on your treatment? Did you notice improvement or did your symptom became worse? Thanks!

Regards,
Jam

Quick update:

BTW It's 18-th day of bleach therapy, BB free still.

Hi everybody, listen up now, I'm using the bleach solution 3 times a day. Every 7-8 hours. Eg if you don't rinse mouth/nose before bed time, and eat a sandwich with ham and cheese, with sweetened tea, will have Sulfur bb in the morning for sure, but 40% activity.

So, from my 18 day observation, personally for me of course, because each organizm is completely different, 3 times a day rinse is perfect, but 2 times a day will do also, it's good, before or after breakfast and before bed. But 1 time per day is not enough for me, I'm telling you without any eating and drinking abstentions.

I have one bottle of bleach solution mouthwash and nasal spray in the car compartment and one in training bag, just in case. 1X20 dilution ratio.

Conclusion: It is temporary cure for bb for lifetime, but 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but only for Type 1 and Type 2, halitosis bearers, according to Dr. Murat Ayudin"s halitosis originatal scale.

Good luck You all. [-o< [-o< [-o<

I agree, nothing wrong with temporary cure if it works....

I do one drop in 1 glass of water and gargle then rinse with normal water....it ****ing helps.....
So if you do like 1:1000 ratio, it still helps.....

Hi,
can someone point me to dr Murat's halitosis descriptions where he categorizes in types 1-4? I checked through his postings but didn't find it. Thank you!

aydinmur wrote: Topic : Classification of malodor.

According to me (1) , there are 5 types of malodor:

Type-1 halitosis takes origin from tongue dorsum. Foods are turned aromatic-volatil compounds by anaerobic bacteria between papillae.

Type-2 halitosis takes origin around oral cavity. Paranasal sinuses, Waldeyer's lymphoid ring, retronasal mucosa, oropharynx etc.

Type-3 halitosis takes origin from gastrointestinal canal. Reflux, H. pylori gastritis, bacterial over growth, malabsorptions, gut and colon diseases.

Type-4 halitosis takes origin from blood gases. Many catabolic substances leave the body via renal or hepatic ways. If liver and/or kidneys can not truely filter them, this catabolic waste may resolve in blood plasm and enter to systemic blood circulation. Lungs try to filter and exhale them via breath. They may have a bad odor. This causes bad breath.

Type-5 halitosis is psychologic.

Hello everyone OMGGGG I am so happy in life I actually went out yesterday and I'll be meeting a friend to go out with on Friday. I'm actually enjoying life I no longer feel the need to hide from the world it's such a great feel. I've being using this solution for a MONTH and 1 week now I was so scared, nervous, unsure and hopeless that it would actually work but it does and I'm forever grateful I haven't experienced any side effects that does not mean there aren't any we're all different.I was so determined to find a cure before I go out of town for a wedding to Dallas Tx I can't wait for my trip now I will be meeting up with a couple friends I sometimes what to scream from a mountain, because I'm so happy @Jam in reference to your question about PND I didn't do anything thing special I'm guessing It's gone from using this solution.I use 8oz of water and 3 table spoons of bleach I deep gargle for at least 5mins swishing it around a little mostly gargling in my throat making sure not to swallow. I do it three times in a row once a day good luck I plan to use this for life.
