It has been over a month I guess and I am here to update you on my progress. I don't have bad breath from my mouth still but my nasal odor is back. The odor is like ammonia and mucus combined. I haven't quit the Jarrow formulas but had tried the yeast cleanse in the middle. I feel like the nasal odor is caused by pnd as it smells like mucus a lot. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know what's going on and good luck everyone.
Hello magnamax

Do you get new reactions from people becoz of your nasal odor? Maybe you only need to do nasal irrigation.

I am about to buy the jarrow.

Or maybe you need to increase your vit c intake. Maybe your pnd are just allergies. I just think that vit c will do the trick if you megadose it, based on linus paulings research

Hi everyone,

Just an update-haven’t really seen much more improvement and these probiotics are not that easy on my stomach. Not sure if that would be the case for all but I am going to do a little research then try a different probiotic along with a oral probiotic. Just wanted to give my update. Still the same unfortunately ](*,)

Cureme123 wrote:Hi guys,

After seeeing magna max’s Success with the probiotics from Jarrow I decided to buy them. I started taking them on Jan 2 and I’ve seen a massive reduction if not complete reduction in my bad breath. From may last year I took loads of antibiotics which I think made the bad breath a whole lot worse. I’ve tried many probiotics but these seem to be the only ones that have worked, they’re also the weakest with only 5 billion per capsule, there also the only probiotics which I’ve had to refrigerate, I’ve heard that probiotics that you have to keep In the fridge are meant to be better. I’m about 2/3 through my second bottle. I live in the UK and so these probiotics are not refrigerated through transit, so therefore in the 5 or so says that the probiotics take to get here some of the beneficial bacteria will have died, never the less these seemed to have worked for me. I take around maybe 9 or so each day, maybe 4 before breakfast and 3 just before dinner and maybe 2 just before bed. It varies every day however, I don’t stick to a strict amount each day. I haven’t really changed my diet, I eat fruits and veg but also unhealthy food too. I had a tonsillectomy about 5 1/2 weeks ago but still had B.B. from my gut until I started taking these Jarrow probiotics.

It’s still early however, but don’t seem to get any reactions anymore.

I think my bad breath is more of an anxiety thing, when I’m anxious people can smell me from 40 metres away. When I’m calm and and not anxious I seem to be alright

Well 40 metres is really a lot. I think an olympic size pool is 50. Maybe you meant 40ft.

I started taking the probiotics over 3 weeks ago and have seen great improvement. However, before I started, I did a 3 days water and juice fast, I cut meat completely out of my diet and saw a video of youtube (instant $2 Bad Breath cure) by Doubleplusgood. The tips he gave works because I have seen two different specialist who told me about biofilm on the tongue. I got the same effect that I got when I went to a badbreath specialist that cleaned my tongue several times that cost me about $6,000. I have also noticed that when I floss, it does not smell bad like it use to-- something must definitely be working. I also carry cloves with me. Put one in my mouth, chew and spit it out for confidence and study has shown that it kills bacteria. So far no more tonsil stone which was a big deal with my bad breath. New people have not been covering their noses or clearing their throat only those that I feel knew I had bad breath still cover their nose but that is not a true way of checking because they cover even before you speak. I have also had a breath checker I bought from amazon a while ago. It use to read a 3 all the time now it is 1 and a zero most times. I also started taking protonix prescribed by my physician for about a week now. I think the cure to badbreath is a combination of things especially if you have not found the true cause. Most of the articles I have read on this shows the tongue is a major source of it.
