Triphala'

I' ve read this forum and a member by the name off bbforyears became bb free after she took Carafate for bile reflux. I think this maybe an issue for me as well so I've just ordered Triphala which is an ayurvedic herbal treatment. It's suppose to help with stomach emptying motility,dissolving fat, and other GI issues. Just google search and see all the many benefits. ElGrizzle also stated this had helped him too neither member has been back here for years so I thought it was worth a try.
