Post by Jimi Stein »

I created a new forum where you can write about good things happening to your life.
That include dating, falling in love, going out ...............

"Infinite nothing'" happened to you since the day you realized you had a serious problem. I understand. And it seems to go on and on...

you guys should try to have some meet up with other bb sufferers. You will really feel that you are not alone after the meetups. Be positive and accept this illness. On the one hand we have to keep finding the cure, on the other hand we gotta train our mind to get used of this illness before the cure appears. Otherwise it will just give us infinite pain in our whole life. As my best friend said, even if we don't have chronic bb, we will still have other problems in our life. And I do believe that since we suffer for such long period, the better days will coming very soon.

Please stay strong and be positive.

I have a wonderful beautiful smart 13 y/o daughter and b/c I have this bb issue I can add she's extremely compassionate also. If I didn't have this problem maybe she wouldn't be the person she is today. I'm thankful for that!!

My other other problems are NOTHING compared to bb, seriously.

There are many good things that happened to me throughout my life even though I have this bb thing going on, but they are all held back, some more some less, because of it and that's what I hate the most.

Wow, Susie

You got me looking at my glass half full, instead of half empty. I need to think about this whole ordeal, like they say, there's a silver lining in everything. I will post soon.

The good things that happen to me are usually totally unrelated to my bb-problem. The bad things however, hmm that's a diff. story. I'd say in 90% of the bad cases my bb problem has something to do with it. By the way it only makes it worse when something bad happens. It's like "woah, looks like the whole bad breath thing wasn't bad enough." Other people get depressed over normal things in life that happened to them. I get double depressed.

Ok, maybe put it this way.

How many people can take over 4000 mg vit C everyday?
How many people can brush their teeth over 10 times everyday?
How many people can gargle a whole bottle of mouthrinse everyday?
How many people can stand for the strict TMAU diet everyday?
How many people can talk to people without eye contact everyday?
How many people can kill people without weapon but just talk for not more than 3 words?
How many people can stand the humiliation everyday but still alive?
etc etc

Whenever I think of all those things I go through these 15 yrs, I really dunno how can I still surviving in this world. We are supermen, we already broke a lot of Guinness World Records. Nobody can compare to us.

Five for Fighting - Superman (It's Not Easy)

I can't stand to fly
I'm not that naive
I'm just out to find
The better part of me

I'm more than a bird:I'm more than a plane
More than some pretty face beside a train
It's not easy to be me

Wish that I could cry
Fall upon my knees
Find a way to lie
About a home I'll never see

It may sound absurd:but don't be naive
Even Heroes have the right to bleed
I may be disturbed:but won't you conceed
Even Heroes have the right to dream
It's not easy to be me

Up, up and away:away from me
It's all right:You can all sleep sound tonight
I'm not crazy:or anything:

I can't stand to fly
I'm not that naive
Men weren't meant to ride
With clouds between their knees

I'm only a man in a silly red sheet
Digging for kryptonite on this one way street
Only a man in a funny red sheet
Looking for special things inside of me

It's not easy to be me.
