Hi Random123.
I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found a cure as of yet. Did your ENT guy say if you had PND?
I my self have had my tonsils out. My ENT specialist said I had very sensitive nose and that I will always have PND. I guess that the excessive mucus just sits on the back of our throats causing the smell. What I've noticed is whatever I eat I can smell it long after eating. It can linger on for up to 5 hours. It's like the thick mucous hold on to food and It's just rotting away.
You've not been successful but you're doing all the right things. Stay determined.
And thank you for sharing your experiences.

Damn. I Just had my tonsils and adenoids removed a week ago. I always felt something on my right side of my tonsil. It was like it was trapping mucus. Im still recovering but its hard to tell if im cured yet. I could say i can breathe a little better from my nose. Also. Before getting my tonsils removed i would feel like the dripping was coming from the inside of my mouth where the ear tube connects. And i had an experience when i went to a swimming pool last summer, some water went to to my right ear and while trying to unclog my ear a tonsil stone came out and i could clearly feel that it came from my right side of the throat. When i also do sports and my throat gets dry, my bb seems to be stronger. And while swallowing i could say indeed that the smell came from my right side. Idk if this helps you in something but we have to work together and give out every little detail. Im mostly almost 100 percent tho that our bb is caused by our mucous. Theres nothing else i can think of. Well it depends too, how would you describe the smell/taste of your bb?

Same I also can smell/taste my bb through the right side and after my FESS surgery i feel that my nasal odor has gotten worse as I can actually smell it myself when u breath out and in just using my nose. I do nasal rinses everyday but nothing seems to help Im almost certain that the smell is from the throat. The smell/taste is like fart/fecal odour

Two years ago when i had CAT scan. One of my nasal cavities was full of mucous. Doctor said it was normal for people with chronic allergies and he only gave my nasal steroids to help with the excessive mucous but it did nothing. Right now im on my 2 week after surgery i can tell that the feces breath is gone but it still smells. Kinda like a fart. I remeber two years ago i was eating healthy cuz i thought it came from my stomach. I lost a lot of wait but ihad gotten rid of my fart smell but the feces smell was still there. So maybe im gonna change my diet this next few month and see what happens. P.S. smell seem to get worse afte drinking coffee i cant taste all the mucous drying on my tongue, which i believe is the factor of the smell.

Hi

If you have had your tonsils removed you will hopefully notice a gradual improvement in an fecal smell coming from your mouth. In terms of diet I find that potato has the most influence on my breath. Keep us posted on improvements in the coming days.

Right now im experiencing really bad odor coming from my right side only where my tonsil used to be at. It came back as soon as my allergies kicked in. I dont want to use my water pick yet cuz i still have an open wound and i dont want to mess up the healing but its a really strong odor and its the one thats been bughing me for years. I feel like im almost close on pinning where exactly is coming from. Ill update during the weekend.

Another sufferer and I bought Bitter Kola at a health food shop and it cleared our BB for 2 days but then it returned :(

Hi Silhouette,

I am still taking it, it seems to be working a bit again now that I combined it with oil of oregano.

Can you tell me exactly how I should be using it please? Should I swallow after chewing? How often should I take it?

How long have you been BB free now, and are you still taking it?
