For the past FEW days i have noticed some improvements. I mean i have atleast... 6-7 hourse Fresh Breath. All beacuase ive changed my routine.

I do Nasal Irragation once every 2 days.

Wake up
> Scrape my Tongue
>Brush My teeth
>Brush my tongue with a (home made tung brush) (searching told me)
>Run downstairs Mix 3/4 teaspoon of salt with 3/4 of a glass of WARM water.
>Gargle, brush tongue, Rinse .... (Do this process with the solution till it iss finished)
> Brush my teeth with BAKING SODA
> Rinse with a mixture of 1 tsp of baking soda in 1 glass of water
> I also drink 3/4 of it! yes drink! for my acidic reflux and to neutrilise the places i cant reach.
> Brush my teeth with toothpaste again.
>gargle with water
>Have 2 oranges for break.
> Scrape my tongue alittle
> Go and face the world.

P.S i do nasal irragation before brushing.

Firstly i cant believe you read that.

These steps are getting me somewere! Ive given up mouthwash i was using Dentyl PH. but i clean my mouth so much the bits are gone lol. serios if i dont salt water theres bits everywere.

Salt Water is the best mouthwash and then a nice rinse and drink of the alkaline baking soda. Its been helping for a week no were near the cure though hopefully i will be cured ONEDAY

u do know that by washing ure mouth that many times, u completly change the balance in ure mouth? Which for an example reduces ure immune sistem etch....

Ice do you think we can have any worse balance in our mouth, i say let him try i, he can not go wrong with that and report if it improves
