Traveling on planes....

Post by lolalola »

My BB is really bad on planes, can't explain it...it is just disgusting and I have BB 24/7! I also hate when the stewardesses come all close if you are sitting by the isle and ask what you want to drink and I say whatever I can mumble never really what I want...just anything so that they don't smell my bb. BTW I have never smelled bb on any of them, their breaths smell like air, fresh seabreeze air!! I have thought of ending my life when I was in my teens and in my 20's. My husband has given me a will to live so I don't think about that anymore but I really just want to be cured so that I can say what is on my mind rather than thinking about how the bb will be reacted to in any social interaction. I also want to go to lounge and a bar and chat like everyone else. Why should I be afraid to join a cooking class or a painting class because I have to sit near people. I ask myself this and get strong for a day before my own will beats me down and I don't want to set myself up. I just can't handle the dirty looks or the whispering. My hubby always tells me join this and that.... I don't live my life to its potential. I agree with another member, by now I think my hubby is immune to the smell. I am just so sad!!

I agree, I always try to seat hubby next to me depending on where the third party is supposed to sit....very complicated and sometimes he gets annoyed as to why I make the smallest events into such a big deal. I go through this while the rest of the f***** world can just sit at their damn seat and think about getting to their destination!!!

ehhhh i just don't understand why us you know? what have we ever done to anyone to deserve this

I don't know if your problem is like this, but i don't need to open my mouth for the odor to come out. Some bullcrap is up with my nose where the odor comes out of my nose also. And to think, tomorrow i must sit in the middle of 20 people during exams :(

YES!!! When I was younger I THOUGHT that if I kept my mouth shut that no one can smell it but the same smell comes out of my nose too!!

Yes why us, they have a cure for most crap just not this and sadly there are many "specialists" who like to tell you its all in your head. I once heard that after going through one specialist after another and this was the prognosis after 3 months. I could not get out of bed for 3 days. It destroyed me, I am suffering for real and they made it seem like I am imaging it....

Good luck with your test, just try to bring snacks or a drink with you and I always go to the bathroom and brush like 10 times a day. My breath is never fresh, just stale, acidic, fecal etc. BUT never fresh! I dont even remember what fresh smells like coming out of my mouth...

Flights are the worst. I just returned from a business trip tonight and the poor guy sitting next to me appeared to be in agony the entire flight. He was a real gentleman and did not cover his mouth but I could tell he was annoyed. He could not even look at me after the flight. I am so ashamed. Of course I brushed & gargled during the flight and I popping mints every 5 minuetes. I wanted to show him I was concerned too. I know it sounds crazy.
I feel if we don't discover a cure soon I will be a hermit. I don't like to interface with people anymore than what is absolutely required. I really want to live a more abundant life but the problem is overwhelming at times.

I remember back in 2005, I took a long plane ride to Thailand.

This was before I realized I had chronic bad breath... But thinking back now, I remember so many moments where it might have existed before.

Anyway, I was sitting next to this nice girl. She was polite, going somewhere on a business trip, and she started conversing with me a little. I responded back, and I recall a look on her face.. I could tell I had bad breath at the time, but didn't think much of it. (You know when normal people have bad breath, they just brush their teeth or take a gum aand forget about it). The girl didn't really speak to me after that for the rest of this flight, which lasted several hours.

Now, with full realization of my BB, and at a time where it may be worse than it ever was, I can not imagine stepping on a plane.

I've recently saved up enough money to go to Japan and do the things I want to do.. But I'm not going anywhere until these tonsils are out. And that would mean losing all the money i've saved for this trip >.< Ugh.. Guess I'll just keep saving.

Yea but the funny thing is when they smell bb out of your nose, they're not going to think you have a bad nasal hygiene.
