can someone explain my bb problem?

hello, im just like everyone else here, just trying to find a cure..but when i eat food and a piece gets stuck in my mouth, when i take it out with a toothpick it has a horrible smell to it, that is the same as my breath but 100x stronger. does anyone else see this problem? what helped it? thanks for your help
