Nasal Irrigation - I believe it is working

Did you have a strong faeces smell eminating from your nose that people could smell even with your mouth closed?

I tried a eyedropper with a mixture of 50 mls of water inufused with one drop of GSE into each nostril and it stung like mad... i can still feel it now 7 hours later but it cleared a fair bit of mucous out..

dont use gse, it has chemical addons

use peroxide, trust me

Hi for those who've done this successfully, could you explain in detail how you do it?

Because tilting my head back only lets the water go straight down my throat or inhaling gently doesn't collect the solution into my mouth completely and when I stop squeezing the bottle, all the solution just runs out my nostrils.
