Hi, I think your bb is caused by hyper acidity. You mentioned before that alkaline water works for you. It neutralizes the acid in your stomach. Milk had also been known to relieve ulcer when I was in highschool.

jump, i hope youre right.. i searched the net about milk and hyperacidity and this is what i found..

"Drinking cold milk is an easy and familiar home remedy to control hyperacidity. You can also eat two bananas while you are drinking the milk to soothe your stomach further."

meaning if my BB is caused by hyperacidity then this will really help me..

maybe thats the reason why my BB is getting better now.. i hope this will solve my long time problem..

qwerty: visit a gastrointestinal specialist. not sure though, if endoscopy or stool test ang pag screen sa h.pylori. parang endoscopy ata,but your gi specialist should know that, though

I always encounter this kind reaction of the people whenever i am sitting besides them or even 2-3 meters apart.. They sip their tongue or their teeth or shall i say they make noise out of their teeth or tongue... Does anyone also encounter this..?

the bacteria produces urea breath.. hhmm thats where bb becomes a problem. I took proton pump inhibitors before and it actually helped to stop my gastritis but even my tummy is well, my bb does not changed.. well maybe it helped to start my healing but for now im still continuing my milk regimen.. im taking 1 glass of milk in the morning and before i sleep.. i can say its really working on me. im doing this for almost 2 weeks now and i seldom see those weird reactions from people im talking to.. ^_^ i know im not totally cured but i can see the difference.. ^_^
