Cured my bad breath

Post by greenroom1 »

I originally wrote a really long post about my cure but my battery ran flat in frustration this is a summary of what i did..this took years to work out.

1.Removed tonsils (got rid of tonsil stones)

2.Removed wisdom teeth (god rid of peredontis smell)

3. Saw a bad breath specialist - went off dairy completely, started on kforce products (http://www.breezecare.com.au/ausshop/kf ... s-kit.html)
I don't work there i don't care if you use them this took my breath from like a 9 to a 4 for smell which was prior to removing tonsil stones and wisdom teeth

4. floss teeth always twice a day

5. Spray out nose twice a day with saline solution (helps incredibly with post nasal drip)

6. Oil pull with coconut oil for 15 minutes in the car on way to work. Don't belive the hocus pocus but it actually works. Floss used to have slight smell now nothing. I think swishing around in the mouth gets anything that may be left behind plus the anti-fungal properties of coconut oi.

This routine is time consuming and annoying but as soon as i change or take away anything the problem comes back. I would say my breath went from smelling like a wet dog to absolutely no smell for atleast
4-6 hours after doing all this. After that time it may only be a 1 or 2 instead of what it used to be which was like a 9 i would say. If i add dairy or alcohol it gets worse again. It will always be a constant battle but i'm really happy now.

My advise is deal with the variables first. Teeth probems, tonsils etc. I'm pretty confidant in my routine working for alot of other people as long as there are no pre-existing dental issues.

Seems like you haven't cured your bb fully yet. I think your gums is still harbouring anaerobic bacteria, you should get it cleaned.

Can I just ask, how do u manage to do the oil pulling for 15 minutes? I can only do 5 mins max! And do u swallow it or spit it out after the 15 mins?

Cheers

I disagree with that. When your born your mother passes on bacteria. Some peoples bacteria in their mouths are more agressive then others you can't change this. I have a friend who never brushes his teeth yet has no bad breath that's because he was delt a good hand.

I on the otherhand obviously have more agressive bacteria so i need to ensure that i follow a strict routine. If i just brush my tongue with normal toothpaste and floss my teeth once a day like everyone else i've learnt that isn't enough.

By the same logic that your using you could say that someone who hasn't brushed their teeth for 2 days who has bad breath has an issue. This isn't the case. If they were to clean their teeth, gums, tongue the problem wouldn't persist. That's the same with me as long as i use the routine i use and ensure that i'm thorough i have no issues.

I also take probiotics to ensure that there are good bacteria in my mouth.

I find it easy i can't say why. If you can only manage 5 minutes maybe just spit it out and start again till you get to 15 minutes. I make sure i spit it out.

"do you swallow it or spit it out after 15 mins" sounds wrong on so many levels, haha.

I really recommend people try the breezecare pack(assuming there are no other issues) i've been through the same thing everyone else has and it helped me so much.

I spent 500 dollars seeing the bad breath specailist so without going through that cost i think it would be great to see someone try the pack and post a review (without solely relying on me).

Between wisdom teeth removal, tonsillectomy / adenoidectomy, seeing a bad breath specialist and the cost of toothpastes, probiotics etc i've spent almost 10 grand fixing it.

Good luck with everything everyone and i know that you will get there because i did and it seemed impossible.

Kforce Scam

Post by glen mattuews »

am I the only one who see this post as spam? K Force to cure bad breath? Pleeeeease..... k force is a scam, you buy their products at ripoff prices and the catch is ............You must buy them for the test of you life. AND THEY DON'T WORK. Their advice is fine but their products are a joke. Just do what they say without spending a cent on their products and you'll get the same result. I spent thousands of dollars on k force before I realised I'd been taken for a big long ride. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

These kinds of probiotics do help some people though.
If we delete every every potential bit of spam then we have to delete it all.
Everyone can do their own research and determine what's worth trying and what isn't.
But thanks for giving your feedback on how it didn't work for you.

Here's a fairly recent thread with more feedback on a similar product.

It's not spam. I don't work for K Force. I'm just telling people what worked for me.

If i didn't get my wisdom teeth out and tonsils out i'd still have bad breath KForce didn't solve issues from peredontis and swollen tonsils harbouring bacteria.

I think because the toothpastes are non foaming it just makes it really easy to use a tongue cleaner to clean the bacteria that develops on my tongue. Maybe something different in the ingrediants as well i honestly have no idea i just knowthat it works for me. I'm just trying to help. It doesn't really bother me if people don't use it or not but it may be beneficial to others.

I personally couldn't go back to normal toothpaste but maybe i'm lucky and it just works really well for me. It might be worth other people trying it though instead of just saying it's a scam.

Oil pulling for me is easy. You basically swish it in your mouth, making sure not to swallow it. I guess with practice you can get better at it.

I love oil pulling
