Lymphatic System

Post by Shit4Breath »

You guys,

My research into looking for success in having a tonsillectomy has now lead me to believe our lymph system may play a part in our bb and bo. Google it and do your own research then post what you think about it on this thread. Here is an interesting article to get you started
http://www.akealife.com/helping-your-ly ... -help-you/

Not sure if this topic has been discussed on this forum yet but the thing that is most fascinating in this article is it states that only recently have the medical community recognized and begun to research the vital importance of the lymphatic system. Which may explain why a major connection between bb and the lymph system has not explored thoroughly yet.

Side Note: this maybe the reason why alot of you received relief from going raw or eliminating certain foods out of your diet. Apparently, healthy eating habits plays a role in a better flowing lymph system.

another great read:

Bloating, gas diarrhea, swollen lymph glands, excess nasal mucus, sinus
infections and bad breath are some of the results of the lymph system being overwhelmed and not being able to stop.

I thought this was my problem a few months ago, so started lymphatic system massage (there's videos on YouTube which might help some people). Also deep breathing, some exercise like jumping up and down help lymphatic system. I lost interest in it initially, but thanks for bringing it up i think it's worth bearing in mind for some of us and investigating, think I'm gonna have another look into it too :)

Stankie, can't you take your research to a lymphatic system specialist? Shouldn't they agree with all you say?

Hi Stankie,

I guess we're one of the same on this sight anyways, lol! I'm not sure if my lymphatic system disorder is causing an infection or the result of one. From the link I posted above (please read google doc) I think being lactose intolerant plays a role in my lymphatic system disorder. I know it is alot of us on this forum who have lactose intolerance as well. You're absolutely right about our tonsil stones, I never brought the theory that this is just 'mouth trash' and debris trapped in their. These tonsils stones are the condensed gunk that is left over from our lymphatic system trying to cleanse itself. I haven't read your 12 years of stink post thoroughly yet but I will. Do you think the cannabis is helping your lymphatic system? How do you think the mechanism of Thc is helping with this matter? Regarding the 'simple minds', just ignore it. Their are some ppl on this sight who are cynical and try to release their own pain onto others especially if you contradict their own theory. But the majority are just watching and waiting for some clear concepts or alternative measures for relief. Those are the ones I concentrate on. The hateful are so few so why bother. I really want to know more of your thoughts on this. If you don't feel comfortable posting on here please pm me, I really think this is it. Have you looked into castor oil for lymphatic function?

Thanks for replying

Yeah, I was actually the one who posted about the castor oil which was before I even took seriously the thought of our lymph system being a contributing factor for my bb. How much of the castor oil did you take internally and for how long? I just got back from Cvs and brought two small bottles of castor oil. It's labelled as a laxative stimulate so it should be safe to ingest and for the liver. From sites I've read you have to take alittle at a time but the most benefit you'll get from castor oil in lymphatic drainage is through a castor oil pack (read here http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1057592 ). I'm going to start ingesting first because my pipes feel so backed up and need to released. Then I will look into doing the castor oil packing.

Cannabis is not legalized in my state but I have sure smoked enough of it which I believe the smoke itself not the weed made my bb worse. I have never thought to put it in a tincture, the weed here is sold off the streets from dealers and is probably laced with so much stuff I'm not sure it's safe to try it that way. I know in California they actually sell weed in pharmacies and stores. That is probably the safest way to go when using it for medical purposes.

In the goole doc link I posted it's saying an over growth in the intestinal tract, whether caused by bacteria feeding off of undigested casein or even from taking antibiotics, can cause bacteria to breed in our mucuosal which is then leaked out and carried off by our lymphatic system. Which, from my understanding, basically means the mucous itself is harboring and full of bad bacteria already versus it 'turning' bad when breed with our mouths and throat. Our system is in a constant fight to kill off this bacteria. Even healthy people, when they are sick with the flu or sore throats, mostly get bad breath because their lymphatic system is carrying gunk to depose of the infection. Anybody with pnd or sinus symptoms should look into this more closely.

A tonsillolith is material that accumulates on the tonsil. They can range up to the size of a peppercorn and are white/cream in color. The main substance is mostly calcium, but they have a strong unpleasant odor because of hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan and other substances.
These are chemicals which are usually associated with bad breath and bacterial breakdown in general. Stankie, either you are very right, or you're very wrong. Can these chemicals really be inside the lympatic system, carried from bacterial processes from elsewhere in the body, such as the gut? If they can then this is probably the answer for many people. The only thing that makes me doubt all of this is why tonsillectomy doesn't seem to cure anyone. But maybe there's other ways that the lymphatic system is releasing these chemicals into the breath.

Just took one tsp of castor oil followed by warm water. Also, rubbed it into my neck, sinuses on my face, and abdomianl area. Will continue to do this and see if I get any results.

Stankie, of course these chemicals can be produced elsewhere in the body as well as in the mouth, I just wanted your opinion on whether they are removed and transported away in lymph fluid or not.

If they do get carried in lymph fluid from the gut, then that's very significant. I've never entirely believed that oral bacteria are solely responsible for bad breath, I've always wondered whether there were certain pathways from where other bacterial flora elsewhere in the body could be transporting foul breakdown chemicals into the mouth, and I always suspected there might be some bloodborne pathway that causes certain secretions like saliva and mucus to smell before they even get secreted. But it may be the lymphatic system instead.

I have not ever heard of a lymphatic specialist, to be honest. I don't know if they exist or I don't know what I really need them to agree with. Could you be more specific with what I need them to agree with? All the immune/lymphatic interaction I said is general knowledge. If it's about the systemic infection, that gets back to the debate between natural vs conventional medicines, I don't know if a few posts of mine are gonna settle the debate. The true cause of tonsil stones is unknown ...every naturopathic doctor and even a few dentists have agreed with me.
It's just how to clean up the system/infection which is of a mystery. Or if it can be. Most people think that the lymphatic system is very difficult to stimulate or cleanse.
I'm not suggesting someone needs to agree with you before you can be right, but i'm wondering if there are specialists who are at least aware of the shit you're talking about, because if they aren't they need to be. Aren't you interested in sharing the info with doctors, people who are responsible for helping those like us? If modern medicine is out of the loop, they need to get in the loop.
