Dood, it seems like you are lactose intolerant.
Stop eating dairy, milk, cheese, etc
Stop eating processed food, like oatmeal and bread.
Stop drinking coffee

Just eat food that's easy to digest,
example would be cooked food that rots in a 2-3 days. Don't eat food that expires next year. Too much chemicals for your body to process.

Change your whole diet, don't eat oatmeal, don't eat bread/drink milk.
Any food that makes you go means your body can't process it.
In the morning~ eat eggs (NO COFFEE)
Afternoon~ salad, rice, chicken/pork, (NO BEEF)
Night~ rice, fish, veggies, potatoes,
Snacks~ fruits, nuts, (NO protein bars, chocolate)
Anything that doesn't come from nature is a NO NO. Our bodies have a difficult time digesting certain foods, just figure out which foods to stay away from.

I rarely drink coffee so that's already fixed. I tried switching from milk to soya milk for a few months, but that didn't help. So you say I should stop eating oatmeal or bread in the morning and just eat eggs? I guess you think it's a gluten problem? Why is beef not good, but pork is?

Is there a diet program available that gives a list of all non-processed foods I can use?

Well if you are indeed lactose intolerant, you can't digest milk.
Our body have a harder time breaking down certain chemicals so everything is expelled from the body.
Diary = anything that comes from cow, milk, cheese, butter, beef etc
Eggs = comes from chicken, and therefore ISN'T diary.

What's the point of eating oatmeal when your body can't even digest it?
Eat bananas for fibre. Don't eat bread because has too much sugar and it's processed.
Processed food= human made, pre made food, food that expires in a week/month/year
non processed food = common sense.
Look at the ingredient, is it made in a factory? or does it come from nature?

Edible food = fruit (check for the amount of pesticides used on the fruit), chicken, pork, veggies, potatoes, rice, you get the picture

processed food= chips, mcdonalds, kfc, cooldrinks, coffee, chocolate, canned food, ice-cream, soy sauce, ketchup, bread, oatmeal basically anything that is delicious STAY AWAY.
