Beetroot Juice?

I have been doing some research lately, and i see that beetroot juice is great for helping freshen breath. I bought some beetroots from the supermarket today ,and they are very cheap. I juiced 2 of them and drank it.

Has anybody had any success or information about beetroots regarding bad breath?

Stankie, maybe if you have 1 a day? They are meant to stabilize your blood sugars. They are very good for you. It might be beneficial?

i love beets! they always make my pee and poop pink/red though.. even if i eat just a bit.

ruch, I'm sure someone recently said that when this happens it's a sign that your stomach isn't producing enough acid.
