Course of action
I've found that the smell comes from my throat, but I'm convinced it has at least something to do with my wisdoms( i have all 4, 2 impacted) however I've noticed that my mouth does not break down food smells very well anymore. Over the past week I have been vegetarian taking mucinex for PND and probiotics. HUGE IMPROVEMENT, not room filling anymore but it's definitely still there.
I plan to first get my last root canal
Next get deep cleaning for periodontist
Wisdom teeth out
Sinus surgery( if necessary)
I've chosen this order because I have no dental insurance and this seems to be the most practical approach financially
Please any suggestions

I think your plan and actions are good and promissing. Abt food changes I think it decreased simply because what you eat, bacteria eat to, so practically you r starving them.
One thing to add before sinus surgery option is h. pylori testing.

Tried the sinus flip-turn this morning. Nothing but clear mucus as I suspected.
Tongue is yellow/orange today which hasn't happened since winter and bb is worse than it has been. I will try to go for a deep cleaning next week as I suspect gum disease. ( the fecal smell has a hint of rotting or infection to it)
Will keep updating
Good luck everybody
Have you ever felt mucus coming out from the back of your mouth? if you get that or a bad smell from the finger test it could mean that you have an infected WT.
I had 2 Wt's pulled out late last year, one of which was very infected and caused a terrible odour, but removing them didn't cure my bb. I still have it pretty bad!! Life sux!!.......I've had lots of blood tests done in the past 2 months and will be seeing a GI specialist in a few weeks! So hopefully I can get a proper diagnosis to figure out what the hell is causing this crap!!!

I think it has to do with internal part of the body. Since you said probiotics are helping. The first course of action is to see a GI specialist.
Do you suffer from acid reflux?

He is doing h.pylori testing as he said, and I really think he's got a good plan.
First thing i would recommend to everyone is to do this what he is doing, ie.
complete mouth investigation and ''operation''. Maybe I would go with wisdoms first, but hey deep cleaning is always a good idea!
And if/after all that fails he should dig deeply on other parts of body.
Don't forget @halitosisux once mentioned if i remember correctly that probiotics helped him a bit and yet his problem solved after he got his wisdom out. I think probiotics works in some cases only because of sudden elevated number of good bacteria in our system and shortly the good effect is gone.

Bottom left wisdom has a smell, smells like a moldy couch according to my father.
I read an article that I stumbled across and the sufferer had fecal bb and after months and months and thousands of dollars invested he was cured with goldenseal root and vitamin e. apparently his stomach was only working at 15% and a 20 day cycle of 500 mg goldenseal got his stomach up and running and digesting food properly.
If you want me to post the link I will, and needless to say I purchased some of the vitamins myself as it seems promising. I'll keep you posted
Remember guys, if you want something you have to go get it.
The only solution to any problem is action
Best of luck!

I still have 1 wisdom tooth but it doesn't produce anything like the stench of the other one and requires hospital surgery to remove it.
My advice to anyone who may be contemplating removal of wisdom teeth is to irrigate them first with a waterpik using chlorhexidine (instead of water). Do the same if you have any other doubtful areas of gum.
These types of bacterial pockets don't always involve tissue infection, they can simply become reservoirs for oral debris and bacteria to hide in. So it's also important to keep the bacteria levels as low as possible in the rest of your mouth, preferably with chlorhexidine too. If you then find your breath improves in a way which wouldn't normally happen without irrigating your doubtful wisdom teeth or gum areas, then it's likely that treatment on these areas is likely to help you.

People who never get BB even with a mouthful of old headstones, are probably just lucky that they happen to have permanent colonization of bacteria that can control the ones which produce a lot more odour than most.
For the rest of us, we have to live with susceptibility, whether that's in the mouth or in the gut or wherever. And we then when something goes wrong, like a problem tooth, we then have to be lucky to find that because arrogant dentists assume that just because a situation might not cause BB in one person, that means it can't for others and they don't take our bacterial susceptibility into consideration

Also where can I buy chlorexidine mouthwash?
The routine I have been using seems to have my bb under some control, I haven't been getting reactions unless I am literally inches from the person. Definitely still there though.

The reasons for these variations probably relate mostly to physiology - such as individual's immune system, organs, cells, chemical functions. Ecology is another important factor - things like the pH in the mouth or saliva flow etc, any changes of which will lead to alterations in the bacterial profile.
So, just by trying to introduce a particular species of bacteria into the mouth, it won't permanently colonize for the same reasons why it isn't already there in the first place.
Oral probiotics intended for their action in the mouth such as Blis-K12 need to be taken regularly for this very reason. That's why it makes a great business model.
In serious gut flora disturbances, such as those which occur due to certain illnesses or disease (or in some cases simply taking antibiotics) there can be an overgrowth of certain species of quite harmful microorganisms which end up completely wiping out other beneficial species. This imbalance is then able to sustain the disease situation indefinitely. In the few examples I've read about where fecal transplants have been carried out in these circumstances, presumably this restores the bacteria which were wiped out and normal balance is then resumed.
It's probably very difficult for such disturbance to occur in the mouth, except with serious disruptive disease.
Chlorhexidine is available without prescription in the UK. I think you need a prescription in the US and certain other countries too.

The most important thing with chlorhexidine is to make sure you don't eat or drink anything for at least an hour before using it - and for a while after too. This includes using any other dental products like toothpaste, because some of the common ingredients will deactivate the chlorhexidine. You should also use it twice a day. If you have a bacterial imbalance in the mouth, this could help to restore it. It's also an antifungal.
I'm also using OralB toothpaste containing zinc lactate. Zinc and chlorhexidine have a symbiotic effect when used together, apparently.
