In summary, you need to use thumbs to pull the "web of mucous/post nasal drip/bacteria/food residue" off of the palate, the top and sides of tongue all the way back to epiglottis, and the sides of the throat as far down as possible and up to where the tonsils are or used to be. So do you mean you use your thumbs to apply pressure to the roof of your palette? In what sort of motion do you use to clear the mucus and food debris etc? Could you be more precise with this technique please. I am going to try it out in the morning
