treating this bad breath as a team! adenoid hole?

Hello I'm going to resume this a bit.
i had bad breath for long time and i had my tonsils removed they did have crypts but no cure
i think its from my adenoids ...
after long time i can put my tongue behind my throat and touch the adenoids (what ever is left) and after i can even put my finger and feel a big hole there .. is this normal?
I've been to ent before i knew this and he showed me video and u can't see this hole but I'm sure its there i can feel it and 50% i think i can feel the bad taste from there...
does any1 have the same??
maybe this is the root of many of us... who knows...
because if we had crypts in tonsils maybe it will be there also...
and i feel pain from my adeonoids sometimes not big pain but i can feel it dry or anoying..
