Nice to know that. How do u feel now? How's ur pnd? Did u fix it? I too suffer from pnd and mild sinusitis and mouth breathing.

PND is not my major problem. I had PND when I was younger. Now it's almost gone, all by itself.
You can try avoiding high protein foods and see if it improves your PND.
How about we organize a meet up?
