Hello, i have written a few remedies and bought some supplements but how do i check if they are working or not?

So Wouldnt you know it by the feeling in your mouth? Bcoz i'd be able to know that myself, though its not possible for everyone.
Also by the end of the day , the coating on my wisdom teeth and molars would smell bad too in my case

It is hard to determine bb by ourselves. Even if we smell something bad, that does not necessarily mean that others would smell the same.

The best way to know if we have bb or not is from strangers. They are frank.

Their comments are painful, but at the same time truthful.

Just one reaction from them is enough to let me know that i have bb. How much more if it happens everyday.

Well, its just my opinion. You dont need to follow it.

Some people can smell my bb right now, no matter how careful i avoid people.
