Help: White Tongue Cleaning

Hi Guys/Girls,

Could you please kindly share your effective method of cleaning the white tongue? I always have this white coating on my tongue and i couldnt find an effective method of cleaning it.

First, Dont scrape tongue surface. Scrapping effect <40%. Brushing effect 42-88%
Scrapping may have unwanted effects if your doctor did not advise
Brush the tongue whenever you need
Dont hurt
Keep far from alcohol containing mouthwashes

Thanks doctor. I only feel confident if my tongue is not coated. Brushing could not really get rid of the white coating. My current method of using baking soda and hygroden peroxide do not get me totally clean pink tongue

Brushing couldn't get rid of my coating too. I use a metal tongue scrapper. The coating comes back every morning though.

This is not disease. Of course the coating comes back every morning. This is Normal.
Brush is better than scrapper.

Tongue papillae are seen yellow, bacterial biofilm (reason of type 1 halitosis) is seen green. When papillale were scrapped they cover on odorous particles. It does not clean the tongue but cut the tips of papillae.

I advise tongue should be brushed instead of scrapping
