Hi doctor, hope you’re doing well, I was wondering how much do you personally charge for your services in finding the type of halitosis?

Thanks for the question
Friends, I do not cure halitosis. I try to diagnose reason(s) and origin(s) of halitosis if any. Forward the patient to correct branch doctor with a report, because I can not cure every disease including sibo, gut, gastrit, sinusit, renal, kardiac, hepatic failure, maldigestion, retronasal adenoids, concha hypertrophies, psychotic disorders or many more.
If you know what the reason of your halitosis is, you dont need me. Dont come to me.
Otherwise, examination page here: http://www.agizkokusu.org/english.html

Surprise.
How do you know I have developed halitometer.?
Yes I made few halitometer for my personal use. But I can give it to any one, of course
I have developed some medical devices: laser, halitometer, electronic stetoscope etc.. http://drmurataydin.com/marifet.html#cihaz

Traditional halitometers read limited number gas. Halimeter reads only 1 gas (H2S). Oral Chroma reads 3 of sulfur gases. But there are more than 3000 gases in human breath.

This halitometer mainly reads 3 group gases Sulfurs, ammonia, organic gases. Totally hundreds gases.

I give brand name "Halitor" to my halitometer. I have built 6 Halitors upto current day with using different gas sensors as seen at http://www.halitor.com. 3 sold for 1000 Euro, 2 gifted to universities. I am currently using the last halitor since 2 months.
- It measure total odorous gas concentration but not read gases separetly
- I can not give international technic support.
- Its unit is not ppm. It gives a parameter for halitosis instead of ppm or ppb. Thereby, no need calibration.
- It has not any certificate
- I prefer to give it to a medical person , not to people. Because it is difficult to teach public people.

Dear Stein
if public people use a halitometer , psychological problems will rise. Obsessions, phobic or imaginary halitosis begin with time.
For this reason I prefer to give Halitor to a medical person. Or, take your own risk.
Its price is 1000 Euro (except shipping) as I write in my last post. There are some disadvantages with Halitor. Have you good read my previous post? There is not certificate, nor technic support. And no need calibration ...

One dentist requests from Slovenia. Medical persons are privileged.
If (s)he does not order Halitor, we can talk again

How can it cause imaginary halitosis....that is why halimeters are exactly made, to show you that your bad breath is real.....that would not cause imaginary halitosis but show you really have bad breath

Dear Stein
Thank you for the question.

There is not zero odor. Every time, every person will read a number on the screen of Halitometer with every measurement.
There is not a cut-off value to separete health and disease condition. If a person often reads his own oral gas level, this may cause olfactor obsession.

I have written a manuscript titled "To understand halitosis" I wish you read this:
http://www.drmurataydin.com/agiz-kokusu ... flamak.pdf
unfortunately is not English.

Halitosis begins when the patient complained. This is independent from halitometric value.

Dr, some people have noticed improvements after drinking sugar free pop/soda. There are some posts about club soda, I personally noticed improvements from drinking sugar free coke/diet coke during and after a meal . Any ideas why this could be? Could it be related to GERD? thanks
