For those of you who pray, pray for me. It's a very bad and angst-y day. It's Easter and I will be visiting with family. My angst-meter is off the charts right about now. I'm so weary of this curse where there is no escape from. This song's lyrics speak my heart.

Hopelessone did you start changing your diet to figure out, what is going on? Stop with bread, oatmeal and gluten. To see what is going to happen.

I try healthy eating, etc. but who knows what's really healthy, considering the GMO's, etc.
