"cameras" is just a general idea. It can be a phone in secret recording mode you purposely forget on the table, something like that

Muster up your courage to ask a trusted friend or stranger. Explain to them that you genuinely need honest feedback to improve. You might be able to find someone to help you. I don't have the guts to do that.
