Hi guys,

I've found this news about a "a portable handheld system for the monitoring of breath compounds related to metabolism and oral hygiene".

It'a project financed by European Commission.
The device launch in the market is slated for 2022 as a tool for nutritionists, health and fitness coaches as well as fitness studios.
A bit later a slightly simplified version will also become available for individual users.

I think that if such a device conquers a slice of the market, competition opens up, other manufacturers develop better devices. And maybe people are starting to realize that mouthwashes don't work and that dentists and hygienists are unprepared.
