I think this is actually working!!
Re: I think this is actually working!!
I don’t really follow a diet except low-carlorie. I read that cutting out refined sugar helps this process so I will try that

Hey!Any updates?
Taking anticandida supplements made no change to my breath.Probably that's because I didn't have candida,I just wanted to be sure, that it's so...

Re: I think this is actually working!!
How long did you take Candida supplements? I was on them for a couple of months last year, and they did nothing to help my breath. This time around, it will be different. I’m supposed to take them for longer, but not alone. You need to take the specific strains of probiotics you need, and space them hours after you take the Candida supplements, or they might get killed. The reason Candida supplements don’t work alone is most likely your problem isn’t Candida alone, but also a bacteria like Enterobacter Cloacae. The point is to get the oral microbiome in order, because when someone has bad breath, it’s usually way off. It really helps to indentify the exact stains that are overgrowing in your mouth. And what messed me up for so many years is using powerful mouthwash like Chlorhexidine, that actually made the bad breath worse by not letting any good bacteria colonize, and doing nothing to the bad bacteria because it was resistant
Re: I think this is actually working!!
I took them for 3 weeks and I also took probiotic with 2 different strains, that are active against yeast(Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus plantarum). When I took probiotic,I took it only in the evening and together with food and without drinking apple cider vinegar(so that stomach acid would not be so strong and bacteria would not get killed,at least that's the recommendations, that I found on internet).
Maybe I had to try probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii.I don't know, but I think, that if candida was the actual cause of my oral bacterial imbalance, then all these supplements would do at least a little change, but after 3 weeks there was no change at all...
But I still believe, that bacteria in mouth depend on bacteria in gut, that's why I'm planning to work with microflora in gut.I'm planning to drink apple cider vinegar(It's very good for digestion)and take probiotics with different strains for at least a year.

So how is your BB now?
Re: I think this is actually working!!
My bb has improved but it’s not gone at all. It’s been 1 month. My taste has improved, sour taste in my mouth is a lot less, and bb is no longer coming out of my nostrils. They told me it would take 3 months to get my microbiome normal again, so we shall see. I use Intestin-ol along with the Candida supplement. This product works better than everything I have ever used for the bb. Since it is so expensive, I suggest looking up the ingredients and buying them instead, it will be a lot cheaper that way. It’s basically thyme, oregano oil and clove.
Re: I think this is actually working!!
How did I not know this existed. Just ordered, will update on here once I get my results.
Re: I think this is actually working!!
Guys, the Intestin-ol is working very well at killing the antibiotic resistant bacteria. It’s also an antifungal, so it’s probably getting the Candida too. I’ve never had this clean feeling in my esophagus and mouth. Turns out the bacterias are also significant in my gut. All this time my gastroenterologist missed the chance, all he had to do was biopsy my stomach tissue and he would have seen the resistant bacterias. These bacterias can actually be fatal if they get in the bloodstream. These bacterias needed to be eradicated years ago but none of my doctors including specialists did a damn thing. All these years of suffering didn’t have to be.
Re: I think this is actually working!!
love to hear that youre making progress, ill also get tested. How would you have rated your BB before and how is it now (1-10)? Best of luck on your journey and PLEASE keep us updated!!
Re: I think this is actually working!!
It’s been about a month of treatment and I would say when I started, my bb was a 10+++, now it’s about 6? Bb stopped coming out of my nostrils after about a week and a half of staring treatment. I am still obviously struggling with bb, but it has improved. I don’t have a disgusting, sour taste in my mouth all day. About the treatment, I have learned since I first posted to never take antibiotics to cure bad breath. All it does is ruin the oral microbiome. Your mouth needs good bacteria to fight bad breath. If you kill it all, your giving bad bacteria a good place to flourish. Powerful mouthwashes like Chlorhexidine will also kill good bacteria, and if the bad bacteria is resistant, nothing will kill the bad bacteria anyway. So the bb clinics I’ve been to would prescribe Chlorhexidine or Dioxirinse when these mouthwashes do absolutely nothing to fix bb, they actually make the problem much worse. The best thing to do is to take a holistic approach to the dysbosis and research how to kill antibiotic resistant bacteria and also antifungal resistant Candida. After you do that, start with the probiotics. It’s also important to use a mouthwash that won’t destroy the good bacteria in your mouth. Carifree is great, but I’m sure there are others that are equal. The product I feel I am getting the most results from are the Intestin-ol and the florafilm, but they have to be taken hours apart. You can look up the ingredients of these products and find something similar or cheaper. Hope this helps somebody

Re: I think this is actually working!!
I’m using the exact strains the test says I lacked, so the stains will be different for each person. For me, the strains are Bacillus (several different ones), saccharomyces boulardi, Wholesome Wellness Raw Probiotic, several different lactobacillus (several different kinds including crispatus)

Re: I think this is actually working!!
I just ordered the test. At this point, I’ll try anything. Thanks for the post. Did I understand you to say they consult with you over the results or are you left to interpret them on your own? Im dreading Christmas and I really want to be able to enjoy social activities again. I found a few different sites that sell intestine-ol. Can you share from where your are purchasing? Thanks
Re: I think this is actually working!!
Hi. Yes, Bristle does offer a free consultation with an expert to go over your results. Once you get the results, you have to make the appointment online on your Bristle account. I purchased Intestin- ol on Amazon, but it’s better to get it on the company website for Itestin-ol because it’s cheaper. It’s just a lot faster on Amazon. The ingredients are clove, oregano and thyme oil if you want to just purchase them instead. I take 2 morning and night plus the Candida supplement, Canxida. During the day I take a bunch of different probiotics that I plan in switching around every few months. I took a Candida supplement last year for two months and didn’t notice any difference in my breath. The key now is taking the correct dosage of a Candida cleanser plus the Intestin-Ol while also taking probiotics several hours later so they don’t cancel each other out. However if you did take the test with Bristle, the consultant will go over your own personal treatment plan with you. I wish you luck, I know what a horrible experience bb is.
