Need an explanation please

Im 40 years old and I have had bad breath since i was a teenager. My condition is similar to what most people post here. Anyway whenever i talk close to someone i always get a reaction on their face

However despite all that, something always baffles me. There are times when if im sitting next to someone everytime I swallow air or saliva buildup without opening my mouth, there is an immediate reaction by anyone close by to cover their nose, some people go to the extent of coughing to catch their breath.

Some people can tolerate my breath when im just breathing normally next to them but as soon as I swallow to sort of clear my throat that when people give me a reaction. It also happens when im sitting in the car with someone.

What could be the problem, does most people here have the same problem?

do you have nasal problems? pnd? try a netti pot for a while or go see an ENT if you haven't already, it seems like it is coming from your nose

Common man, what are these obvious questions.. 20 years bb ofc we know all that nasal pnd Neto pot, sinus flush, salt water gargle etc…, if it was that easy this forum wouldn’t exist.

Hey Jzim2022, did you find a cure? please reply cause i have the same issue as yours, when i'm normally sitting its fine, as soon as i make a minor movement like adjusting my posture or something people quickly react
