Bad Breath Halitosis Forum

Here is something that I read about wisdom teeth a long time ago, but could be important to some of you.
Sometimes the roots of the UPPER wisdom teeth protrude into the nasal cavity. They can then become infected because they are exposed to the bacteria in the sinuses. This will produce a sinus infection, which can be the cause of a bad odor.
This condition is rare. The obvious solution is to remove the upper wisdom teeth. I don't see how the lower wisdom teeth could have anything to do with this. I would think that X-rays by a dentist or ENT specialist should show this condition if it is present.

Hello guys... I would like to share my story.. too ....especially to 'Cured' - person..

Okay.. so I am 17 year old and I have had bad breath for many years.. and I was diagnosed with 'Allergic Rhinitis' and jus yesterday i went to ENT appointment and sadly they did a test called 'Skin prick' and they found out that I am allergic to dust mites that's why i have allergic rhinitis.


Okay how does this link with Bad breath?..

When i was looking thourgh the symptoms of allergic rhinitis it covered 90% of the symptoms i get almost everday!
so in one of them it said it's possible to get bad breath when u have rhinitis.. so i thought maybe yh so i have to suffer for th rest of my life and in the hospital i had tears in my eyes.. when the test came positive - like there is no end to this halitosis.. then..

So since i heard that many ppl do have this cndition rhinitis.. i thought how come they don't have bad breath.. but i do?
So all of a sudden I have this REALLY BAD WISDOM TEETH ACHE! It happens to me like every 4 month... or shall i say i had this problem like exactly 1 year ago.. on the same month in DECEMBER 2011.! like this is re-occuring problem..

When i had this problem last year with ache.. and swollen gums near it.. and (i can't swallow it hurts) - very unusual right?
I booked an appointment but by the time they gave me the appointment the wisdom ahce had gone! it was soo annoying that it keeps coming and going! so I didn't turn up for the appointment sadly.. coz the dentist will be like.. i see nothing here okay bye-bye..

Again.. now.. i a now having the same problem in my left wisdom tooth and the area around it! i can't swallow now.. it's hurting.. so what dou guys think i should do...

P.S: I had my tonsils...throat checked.. and nothing wrong with them... i suppose..
