hi, this website offers some good ideas on possible remedies:

it raises some interesting points such as a Amino Acid inbalance (# Amino Acids - Glysine helps correct any amino acid imbalance which is causing bad breath smell)

also it talks about oxygenating the mouth to kill the anerobic bacteria. what products are oxygenating?

Hydrogen peroxide ( H2O2 ) is a strong oxidizer.

I've been doing all the "instant cures" that this guy is talking about, doesn't help me much.

Orange111,

You can buy hydrogen peroxide from any pharmacy in the UK. It's really cheap, usually around 90p-ish.

You can gargle with it, but make sure you dilute it half with water, otherwise it will really burn your mouth. I wouldn't recommend swallowing it, but you could let a little bit run down the back of your throat.

In The Netherlands we can get it in the drugstore (drogisterij).
A 1 liter bottle cost about 8 euro. (30%)
But 30% is too strong to use.
The strongest I used is 7,5% therefore I dilute it 1:4
7,5% is very strong in your mouth !!!
Don't swallow it !!!!!!!!!!

Using hydro peroxide for months now, just helps a touch for a little while.
