Bad Breath Questionnaire

I realised its been done already, good good

I would like to know what common factors we all share. some sort of questionnaire may help with that. For instance whether we all have pnd etc, It would also help people to find a cause, if there results stuck out, they would probably have a different cause to the oral flora problems most of us have.
If this is a good idea, il write it up xxx
