I personally don't have bad breath. I just joined in order to give you a message. Believe it or not there are people like myself that do not judge you as unhygienic because of your breath. Some people are educated enough to know it might be a medical issue? By the way when you go to work you can probably send evidence that you been to the doctor and you tried various products and maybe they will be more understanding.
