Hello po. I'm 17 year old struggling from bb. Sabihin ko na rin details tungkol sa bb ko:

-mga pagkaing nakakapaglala sa bb ko(smells like fecal or fart, not sure basta smell gets worse): dairy products, meats, junk foods, chocolate
-thick saliva(throat). when Im not comfortable in a place or to some people, I feel the need to swallow it everytime then it would stink kasi maglalabas ng air sa ilong mo.
-air stinks, as in bumabaho yung paligid kapag kumakain ako(like fart or idk) I think it's because naglalabas ng air kapag kumakain, lumulunok. (Ako lang ba????)
-white tongue
-meron din akong konting small bumps inside nose na parang pimple but it doesnt hurt or anything. Not really sure if this is connected to it.
-I did a candida spit test; it's a yes, not yet sure if it's accurate

If you ever try fluconazole, you need to consult a doctor. Baka may side effects yan. I have never tried that. Gusto ko kasi isabay yan sa candida diet to get rid of candida permanently. But since i cannot afford the diet itself. Candida might comeback. There is nothing wrong if you try. Whether over the counter or not. Of course, if it is otc, there might be some risk.

Sali ka sa fb namin. Mag request ka kay "kikayness" it is just a username. Pwede ka rin sumali sa group chat namin. Lahat kami may bb hahaha. Ang name ng group ay "FREE"
