hi everyone
just wondering if anybody here has been diagnosed with any food intolerances or anything and how long it takes for the symptoms to go when avoiding a certain food. i have not been consuming any milk products for about a month now and still i have bad breath. should i just give up or should i keep going? i don't know how long it is supposed to take? i am really missing ice cream lol
would really appreciate any replys. thanks
