My question is explicit, according to what you have heard or read, who is the boss (apart our loved murat aydin =D>)

In France we have the "hopital américan" from paris, who is supposed to be good.

I don't know if the institut pasteur does something concerning this.

In belgium there is saint-louvain clinique who has a consultation on halitosis.

In deutschland, there is something in hanover I think.

If you were able to find someone who knew more about this than Murat Aydin I would be surprised.... and I'd also want to speak to that person!!

One supposed expert in the UK is Phillip Stemmer from the Fresh Breath Centre in Devonshire Place, London. Personally I thought he was a money grabbing rude quack

Unfortunately, they just care about money....the only scientists, is DR MURAT...he loves his profession, and he really knows what he says. The others, they don't care about us.

I spent hundreds with the money grabbing quack. He knows nothing about halitosis

Stemmer uses the same rehearsed speech on everyone. He doesn't understand the nuances of the condition or look beyond the mouth for causes of BB. After seeing him for a consultation he will then tell you to book an appointment with his hygienist. She's very pleasant (unlike him) but if there's nothing wrong with your oral hygiene then it's gonna be a waste of time and money for you. It was his hygienist who referred me to a dental hospital because of my dry mouth. When I told Stemmer about this (I had to bring it up even though it was obvious that my mouth was really dry - hence quack) he said "treating dry mouth was part of the treatment plan, book an appointment with the hygienist". Needless to say it was not part of the treatment plan, hence money grabbing.

I checked an expert, by searching a doctor with an halimeter, in Germany e.g. on http://www.halitose.de
Then I went to a hyginiest that was suggested on that website. She checked my teeth, gave me a "tung" brush (still use this brand today). I had a result of 25 ppm, but this is only VSC. She couldn't help me with ENT-related stuff.
In Germany there was Dr. Raddatz http://www.mundgeruch-experte.de/. At least his questionaire looked really good, but he doesn't work any more I think.
It's really interesting that you can't find any ENT-expert on bad breath. This is a niche I think, and I will suggest to my ENT, when I'm cured.

Yep, sadly once bad breath colonises you mouth, sinus or throat it is all but impossible to cure. Nearly all suffers will suffer bb for life.

Most of us will suffer with this nightmare until the day we die.
