Help needed regarding liver detox

Did any one of you try liver detox? what was ur experience? what is the best way to do one?

I tried the typical liver flush 3 times about 5 years ago, no results. Personally, I don't believe in flushes and detox anymore but you got nothing to lose by trying em, that's always better than doing nothing.
