Could you send an email to everyone who is registered?

Hello,
This board has 2300 registered users.
Furthermore it seems to have a two digit number of people who wrote they would be cured.
What 's with the rest? I am sure there are quite a lot of people who have registered themselves of the years on this board and found their cure at some point of time without posting it on this site.
Therefore I thought it would be a good idea to write every member a short(!) email encouraging them to help those who are still searching for a cure.
Writing personal messages seems to be nearly useless as the standard board setting doesn't inform the receivers via email about their pm.
And by the way: Get rid of this annoying popup. People will think this website is a rip off site.
