I have found nasal irrigation to be very helpful in controlling my mild PND and ever since I started doing this on a regular basis I have not had a cold and it’s been over 3 years now. I used to get at least 2 colds a year, one in the spring and one in the winter. I know this is off topic but with cold season coming I thought I might share this.
